  • All source code and project files will be delivered to the client upon project completion
  • The developer (Anas Hassan) has no right to reuse or distribute the code files in any way without explicit written permission from the client
  • 50% of the total project cost is required as a down payment before starting implementation
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery of all files

7. Limitation of Liability

Zero Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
